Palermo Cafe & Bakery did an amazing job with our wedding cake. They were reasonably priced, very organized, and made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. The tasting was great, they helped us choose the perfect flavors, and the final cake looked stunning and tasted even better. Delivery was smooth and on time, and our guests could not stop complimenting the presentation and flavor. Their communication was clear, they answered every question, and they made sure we felt confident throughout the process. If you need a wedding cake or any custom bakery work, Palermo Cafe & Bakery is an excellent choice with great quality, great service, and people who take real pride in their craft.

Choosing Palermo bakery for our wedding cake was the best choice. The cake tasting box is a MUST and made for such a fun night. We had chocolate fudge, cannoli cream, and french raspberry cream layers for our 4-tier wedding cake. It was absolutely delicious and I can't stop thinking about it!!!! We got married at the Ryland Inn so the cake was included in our package. It was a super easy process to order the cake online and customize it as much as we wanted. Thank you Palermo!

Our wedding cake was elegant, beautifully made, and delicious! The process was easy. After a free tasting box, we chose our flavor and design, and they took care of the rest. The cake was delivered to our venue on time and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff . Food made pretty quickly piping hot. Relaxed atmosphere. Outside dining giving you the vibe that you are not in Jersey but Italy vibe even for a short time.

Working with LeighAnn was an absolute pleasure. She took the time to understand my vision and helped bring it to life beautifully. The cake was a true showstopper and one of the highlights of the event. Beyond looking stunning, it was absolutely delicious and received so many compliments from our guests. We worked with Palermo’s for our wedding cake, and they completely blew us away. We had a very ambitious request—a 6-foot-tall cake—and they didn’t bat an eye. They took our vision and brought it to life flawlessly. Not only was the cake a total showstopper, but it was also incredibly delicious (which is not always a given with wedding cakes!). Leigh Ann was an absolute dream to work with—so kind, professional, and genuinely excited to make our idea happen. From start to finish, the process felt easy and joyful. We can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be back for future celebrations and special occasions.

We got our wedding cake (and tasting box) from Palermo Bakery because they are a Liberty House preferred vendor, and we are so happy we did! The tasting box was delicious and pickup was easy at the bakery. The wedding cake design process was super easy online. We chose the chocolate mousse & vanilla with strawberry custard, and they were so tasty! We had a great experience with Palermo’s bakery. We got married at Liberty House, which includes a cake from this bakery. We picked up the tasting kit and tried all the flavors before settling on 2 flavors (vanilla custard with strawberry marmalade and cookies and cream), which were included. I was very happy with the final result and guests enjoyed the cake!
